The process

01

Take a tour

Pop in to the school for a quick visit and have a look around. Meet some of the staff and ask any questions you may have.

Submit application

Either submit the form online or speak with a member of staff about enrolling your child into the preschool.

Sit Back & Wait

Sit back and wait while we process your application and get your child all registered on the system ready to go.

Secure a spot

Once your spot in the preschool is secured we will notify you. You can then tell the good news to your child!

Required enrollment documents

Please have your child’s birth certificate with you and any funding codes. If your child is over 2 years old then the two-year check would also be required. If in doubt about any of this please ask us, we can help out here.

Funding

Government funding may be available for your child, depending on their age and whether they meet the eligibility criteria. For more information check out the Government website. A summary is below.

Age 2

15 free hours of childcare a weekis available for families in England receiving some forms of support such as income support, Job seekers allowance and tax credits

It is also available if you have an annual income under £16190 before tax or your child has a Special Educational Needs (SEN) plan, a Education, health and care plan (EHC) or receives the Disability Living Allowance (DLA).

Age 3-4

15 hours of free childcare a weekis available for all families in England.

This can start on the 1st January, 1st April or the 1st September following the childs 3rd birthday.

Age 3-4

30 hours of free childcare a weekfor working families in England.

You are eligible if you and your partner each expect to earn (on average) the equivalent of working 16 hours a week at your national minimum wage.

From 01.04.22 this will be £152 at the National Living Wage, less if you are on the National Minimum Wage.

If you or your partner expect to earn £100,000 or more you are not eligible.
